Trigger: After scoring your first melee hit of the battle and before rolling damage, roll a separate poison attack. The poison is spent whether it successfully hits or not, and may not be used again this battle.
Attack: Background + Level versus PD
Hit: Increase melee damage dice by one step
Adventurer’s Feat: If poison roll is natural 16+, enemy takes ongoing damage equal to level (save ends).
