Aboleth
Aboleth - 4th Level Large Spoiler [Aberration]
The aboleth is a revolting fishlike amphibian found primarily in subterranean lakes and rivers. An aboleth has a pink belly. Four pulsating blueblack orifices line the bottom of its body and secrete gray slime that smells like rancid grease. It uses its tail for propulsion in the water and drags itself along with its tentacles on land. An aboleth weighs about 6,500 pounds.
An aboleth attacks by flailing with its long, slimy tentacles, though it prefers to fight from a distance using its illusion powers.

Natural 14+ (Nightmare Illusions): target is weakened (save ends)

Slime in the Water: If target is engaged with the Aboleth and rolls a natural 1 or 2, they inhale Aboleth slime, able to breathe water, but not air for 3 hours.
Mucus Membrane: Any character struck by an Aboleth's tentacle suffers a ghastly transformation as their skin turns to a slimy membrane. At the end of combat, a 16+ save ends this transformation; otherwise, the curse can be lifted with a suitable ritual. Cursed characters must keep their skins moist, or lose one recovery per day.
